These terms govern use of Conecuh County Released Inmates. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site. Continued use means you accept these conditions and any later version posted here.

Conecuh County Released Inmates is privately owned and is not affiliated with any sheriff, jail, corrections department, court, or government body. The site and its advertising partners do not provide consumer reports or FCRA-covered services, including credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site points visitors to Conecuh County and Alabama public-record resources, and it is not a private investigation firm.

What This Site Is

This is a private reference website. It does not hold official jail, court, parole, probation, ADOC, federal, or immigration records. It cannot confirm current custody, release any person, post bond, file a court paper, or make a records decision for an agency.

The site provides directions to Conecuh County released-inmate resources, Alabama corrections records, court records, VINE notification tools, and third-party research tools. Any official record must be obtained from the office or system that created it.

Acceptable Use

The site links to release records, sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, legal-aid resources, federal locators, state systems, and outside search services. Those sites are not operated by Conecuh County Released Inmates. Their content, availability, pricing, privacy practices, and terms are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. No warranty is made about the following points:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status of any record detail.
  • Uninterrupted access or uptime.
  • Freedom from errors, bugs, malware, or security flaws.
  • Completeness or usefulness of partner search results.

Custody status, release timing, court orders, fees, and office procedures can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Conecuh County Sheriff's Office, ADOC, ABPP, a court, or any government agency.
